Returns

Return the ordered goods on the bodyspacefashion.com website using the return form. If it is approved, we will send the collected cash to the account from which the order was made.

1. send an email to shop@bodyspacefashion.com with the content filled out below stating in the subject line “RETURN, NO. HYSKDJF” (where HYSKDJF is a sample order number, please change it to your own order number provided in the order email):

2 The product should be sent back to the address given in the return email from our company, together with the invoice or receipt attached to the order.

The store does not accept returns sent by COD parcels and parcel post. The goods should be protected and properly packed. The cost of sending the package back is borne by the buyer.

2. The product should be sent back to the address provided in the return email with the claim, together with the invoice or receipt attached to the order.

Send an email to shop@bodyspacefashion.com with the order number, description of the defect and photos. Return the product to the address provided back in the email with the complaint request along with the invoice or receipt attached to the order. The complaint will be processed within 14 days from the date we receive the package.

Complaints are subject to original defective items. The owner of the brand and store is liable under the warranty for physical defects that existed at the time when the danger passed to the customer or arose from a cause inherent in the sold product at the same time. A physical defect consists in the non-conformity of the sold product with the Sales Agreement. Legal basis/ Civil Code of April 23, 1964 (Journal of Laws No. 16, item 93 as amended).
